College Football on DraftKings & FanDuel – Core Plays & Cheat Sheets – 11/11/2023

College Football Saturday Evening on DraftKings & FanDuel – Core Plays & Cheat Sheet – 11/11/2023

Tonight’s evening slates are stacked with talent and feature a host of college football juggernauts, including the following teams: Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, and Ohio State. Are you looking for a quick, consolidated list of options for college fantasy football? Take a look at our CFB Core Plays & Cheat Sheets to help navigate this week’s slate!

Core Plays

Jayden Daniels – QB, LSU

Salary: $10,300 DK, $12,500 FD

The question fantasy players will ask themselves on this slate is if it is worth it to play Jayden Daniels at this salary, considering there are a plethora of high-level quarterback options and strong offenses on this slate. My decision to include him in this article is reflective of the fact that upon consideration of that question, my answer is yes – it is worth it.

Jayden Daniels has been absolutely incredible for fantasy so far this season, reflecting his significant dual-threat abilities and being at the helm of LSU’s high-powered offense. Over Daniels last four SEC conference games, he is averaging 43.5 DraftKings points per game. Today’s conference game between LSU and Florida has the highest implied game total of any on today’s slate and LSU enters as a significant favorite.

Daniels seems to be in line for another high-output performance leading the Tigers today. If he performs according to his historical standard (and there’s no reason to think he will not), it would be surprising if he does not end up being in the contest’s optimal lineup this evening.

Omarion Hampton – RB, North Carolina

Salary: $6,800 DK, $10,200 FD

The best basketball rivalry in the country — North Carolina vs. Duke — will head to the football field today as the two teams are set to square off. North Carolina’s offense has been stellar so far this season, led by quarterback Drake Maye and running back Omarion Hampton.

The FanDuel pricing structure for this slate represents the upside for Omarion Hampton as he has the highest salary of any running back on FanDuel. Alternatively, Hampton is the fifth-most-expensive back on the evening DraftKings slate.

Over UNC’s last four games, Hampton has not registered less than 100 yards on the ground in any of those contests. He is averaging 151.5 rushing yards per game over that span. In prop betting markets, Hampton has the highest median rushing yards prop on the slate and rates out as one of the best point-per-dollar value options today based on FantasyCruncher’ projections.

While he’s certainly not a “salary saver” option, he simply seems underpriced in this spot and should be an excellent option to roster on a DraftKings slate which features a number of highly talented, high-output running backs.

Kyren Lacy – WR, LSU

Salary: $4,800 DK, $6,800 FD

An important lineup building factor for any football slate is upside correlation. Fantasy players targeting the LSU / Florida game tonight for stacking options may run into problems trying to build lineups featuring both of the two highest projected players in the game: QB Jayden Daniels and WR Malik Nabers. Of course, rostering these two provides for sufficient correlation in lineups and is likely to be the best correlative pairing of any two players on the slate. However, the problem fantasy players may run into is the salary constraint, as both players are salaried atop their respective positions.

In place of this mini LSU stack, if players build stacks with a focus on minimizing salary, fantasy players may opt to target other LSU receivers to stack with Jayden Daniels. Senior Tigers WR Karen Lacy is the best low-salary value option among the Tigers passing targets today.

Lacy is somewhat touchdown dependent and has scored three touchdowns in LSU’s last five games, but there should be no shortage of opportunities to get inside the end zone for LSU’s offense this evening. One touchdown connection between Daniels and Lacy should translate to strong value-per-dollar for Lacy in fantasy and the decision to opt for pairing Daniels with a low-salary LSU wide receiver should provide excellent opportunities to roster high-upside players elsewhere in lineups.
