Cash Game Picks

As a noted in the opening these are going to be some of the higher owned, “best” plays on the slate that will carry some ownership in both GPP tournaments as well as your 50/50s and double ups.  The plays here will largely be based on DraftKings pricing.

Trey Murphy III $6,500 DraftKings | FanDuel $7,000 | Yahoo! $23

Murphy posted a monster 44 minutes in game three but was unable to do much after sitting for four of the possible 48 producing just 26.5 DraftKings points in the blowout loss to the Thunder.  Game four will provide a chance for the Pelicans to prevent a sweep and they will likely go down swinging playing their starters heavy minutes again which should mean another big night of minutes for Murphy.  If he can enjoy some positive shooting variance he should be provided an ample platform to pay off his $6.5K price tag on DraftKings.

Jalen Williams $7,100 DraftKings | FanDuel $7,800 | Yahoo! $35

Williams continued his solid fantasy production Saturday going for 43.75 DraftKings points in 35 minutes.  Through the first three games of the series he’s averaging over 36 minutes while producing 39.75 DraftKings points.  I expect another 35+ minutes here Monday night as the Thunder looks to close out the series with the Pelicans.  He has seen a price increase across all three sites but he’s still seemingly not expensive enough on DraftKings.
